The Use of the Microscope

 


Your performance in histology depends to a large extent on your skills as a microscopist. What you do not understand about microscopy will eventually hurt you. The following sections provide guidance to familiarize you with the parts, use and care of the light microscope. Also, never hesitate to ask about things of which you are unsure.
